In the ancient yogic tradition, the “space between breaths” is where the alchemy of transformation takes place. It is also the space—and the experience—that we have come to call Stillpoint.
Resting in the space between our last thought and our next one, between our last action and our next one, between our past and our future, an auspicious opening occurs. Within this opening, more energy begins to flow, nourishing the physical body and activating the subtle body, and accessing the subtle state.
Thoughts and emotions soften and disperse, inviting our natural condition of relaxation, ease, and harmony. The heart opens, increasing our ability to experience peace, passion, happiness, and joy.
There is a shift that takes place - a reversal of attention and energy from an outward orientation to an inward orientation, sending it inward to heal and refresh.
Quantum Approach to Healing and Stillpoint
Whatever you tune to in life is the experience you’re going to have. The good news is that our DNA—the signature essence that weaves the fabric of our lives and literally induces our lives to grow around us—is tuned to organize us right into quantum energy. So it isn’t difficult to expand and dissolve that cell memory, beginning with the Stillpoint process. What you’ll find is that Stillpoint is the gateway to that energy. So it is really important to reflect on this, and then to practice dropping into that Stillpoint state.
In every moment in our lives, we, as human beings, have the choice to live in polarity or neutrality. It's not rocket science. It doesn't take a whole lot to dissolve emotions, or to dissolve old injuries or thoughts. It takes the understanding that all of this stuff is simply polarity and everything else in the universe is neutrality. If we dissolve these things, they immediately shift and come back to the state of neutrality, nonlinear energy and unconditional love.

When we work with people, we trust that the individual’s field is guiding their journey and process, which is fairly obvious since it is they who have grown their body initially when they came to the planet, and it is they who constantly regenerate and grow every cell, organ, and bone of their body. When welcomed into the process of unwinding, they naturally drop into Stillpoint, and begin to reset all polarities; this then activates their connection to the reservoir of quantum nonlinear energy of the universe.
