How Does Scalar Unwinding play a role in releasing Cellular Memory
By releasing cellular memory and old holding patterns, scalar unwinding assists the body to rest in a more relaxed and peaceful state. When the brain is not always thinking repeatedly about old experiences and bringing up old emotions around those experiences, one's attention can relax and rest in a neutral and non-polarized space. That is the basis and the art of practicing Stillpoint throughout the day: to clear the brain from old thoughts and patterns and to clear emotions arising from those experiences. This daily practice allows for you to naturally clear things from your perception throughout the day, so that your attention - which is sacred - can be resting in a state of equipoise and more aligned to your true being. This the art of practicing Stillpoint daily in the New Season, where your expression can abide and come through the more you attune to this neutral essence. Go ahead, let's take a moment and try something:

Take a deep breath In. And relax. Right here, before
you take your in-breath, there is a space... rest in this space between breaths for a moment. This "place" is Stillpoint, the neutral essence state.
As you breathe out, let go... and rest here...
The first mantra of our seminars is that cells love to grow. Cells are always regenerating. It is proven that the only thing that cells constantly do is to build and grow new cells. Every seven or eight years, the body is totally new—within that time, all of its cells have completely regenerated. It is even said that you have totally new eyes every two days. Years ago, pioneers in the alternative health and wellness industry began to ask a very important question: if the body is constantly regenerating, and is completely new every seven or eight years, why would someone have an injury that continues to be an issue ten or fifteen years later? After ten or twenty years? If the new cells keep coming into the area, why would there still be an issue many years after the tissue had regenerated? The answer is a phenomenon called cell memory.

Cell memory is the stress or contraction underneath an injury or dis-ease which new cells keep replicating and regenerating in the dis-eased area. As the new cells come in, the old cell passes the cell memory or the information or contraction from the old situation on to the new cell. So now the brand new cell acts like the old cell. And this condition goes on and on from cell generation to cell generation.

The issue is that people’s bodies and cells are holding on to cellular memory. People are holding onto old emotions, old stresses, old injuries—what are called insults, contractions, energy cysts, or karma in the East. So when the tissue holds onto this cell memory, it is essentially holding onto polarity. From our perspective, cell memory is simply a contraction of energy. When we take a moment to drop into Stillpoint and rest in the space between the breaths, we shift back into neutrality. From this place, energy starts to dissolve into the quantum state and flows through the brain, spinal cord, chakras, meridians and every cell in the body. That is the goal of dropping into Stillpoint throughout the day. The more we unwind cells into neutrality, the more the information or polarity simply drops and the cells go back about their business of replicating new healthy cells.
Again, cells are constantly growing. From our experience, you can just let go and trust that they can do that very well. You created your body already and keep regenerating it in each new moment. Wellness is about unwinding the body back into the Quantumfield and it’s about trusting that the Quantumfield and neutral energy of the universe can help find solutions and guide your systems to regenerate. In our experience, when the body is connected and guided by the Quantumfield, it can find solutions to anything.
