The Foundation of the Unwind Process
We’ve been doing seminars for years in quantum wellness, and our whole approach centers around the principle that wellness is directly correlative to the amount of universal energy flowing through one’s field. So if someone is experiencing discomfort, stress and dis-ease situations, the solution is not only to go after individual manifestations of the discomforted area, stress or dis-ease—the knee or the shoulder, for example—it is also to understand that there is an epidemic going on in the body. The epidemic is a lack of connectedness to the universal flow of energy, or the Quantumfield of energy. The Stillpoint process and all of our Subtle Scalar Technologies are all designed to address and help transform that epidemic of disconnectedness from the universal Quantumfield.
We believe that there are five primary ways that people experience problems with the body. The most common is probably cell memory where the body is holding onto something from the past. It can be physical, emotional, or psychic—it doesn’t matter whether from an injury or what stressor it comes from- what’s significant is that it’s a contraction and the body is holding onto it. And so that being is stuck in a state of polarity. Then there’s infection, or toxicity in the blood. That’s another huge problem with a lot of people and conditions that are going on right now. Genetics and familial entrainment are also a big factor; the DNA process could be out of coherence, and when that happens, the system and the genes start to morph in different directions. It could be the energy integrity of someone’s field—lots of intense emotions going on. Or it could very likely be glandular or system imbalances. It’s often some combination of at least a few of these factors.
Every person has a field, and that field consists of one’s physical characteristics and emotional beliefs, attitudes and judgments. All too often, people solely identify with the body, and with the personality as manifested by those emotions and beliefs. But in reality, each person is their own, whole field, and the universe reflects back to whatever is happening in that field. So our approach, for any condition, is first and foremost to unwind the contraction of the body and the personality. By unwinding that contraction, we pop right back into the Quantumfield.
An easy way to experience the Quantumfield, is to practice dropping into the neutral essence of the universe, or what we call Stillpoint. We do this throughout the day…

Another way we drop in to Stillpoint is by resetting our glandular entrainment. We do this daily by training the glands and body systems to unwind into the space between the breath with our subtle scalar technologies. Understanding that the body, emotions and thoughts are all polarity is a key reference. And understanding that the more you rest in neutrality, the more the body will let go and release furthers that understanding. The unwound body won’t hold onto cell memory. It’s the same with pressing the “delete” key on your computer. If you don’t delete files, the system’s going to get slower and slower and eventually shut down. The body is the same way. If we do not take a moment each day to curate our experience and clear out what is going on in our thoughts and emotions, etc... we cannot experience the full range of neutrality and letting go of things. We will be discussing this in greater detail as we explore perception and how to tune one's condition in order to assist in following one's path or mission in life and navigating shifts in the physics of the cosmos in this new season we are entering. The choices we make and the moments we take to drop in to neutrality will be what determine the extent of our arrival and flowering into fuller states of consciousness and being. Essentially, we are either helping to assist our being in unravelling the complexity of the past and present, or what we are doing is perpetuating the complexity and condition to remain. It is as simple as that and from our perspective, unwinding is an essential part of assisting the body to let go. That unwinding experience, or letting go, leads to a natural condition of dropping in and ultimately remaining in Stillpoint, the neutral essence. From this place, the Quantumfield opens and expression of essence and being begins to flow.
Our Unwind Process is sort of our trademark approach to wellness and ultimately to one's state of being. It is the simple and easy to do standard process we use with everyone in our network because it sets the body up to find solutions for every condition and every kind of discomfort. The Unwind process is key and everyone should be unwinding as much as possible throughout the day; in our experience, it took about two months of using subtle scalar technologies every day, two or three times a day for about fifteen minutes each time, to completely unwind and reset our nervous system, and what we recommend to everyone. After that, one's nervous system is more prone to staying in neutrality. To this day, Paul shares that his system stays in a constant state of neutrality and one of the many reasons why he is so passionate about sharing this process with everyone.
We’re going to take a moment to discuss the major points of Paul's Unwind protocol at length here, because they’re all such significant points in both the subtle and physical body. When you unwind, you typically feel so good you don’t want to think. You breathe differently, and probably sigh a lot. The nervous system starts to gently open, and linear thought processes don’t feel so good. That’s why people who think a lot are often restless. You’ll find that the more you relax and dissolve, the less you think. And if you have been around Paul at all, you'll hear him say... "not thinking is ok" It doesn’t mean you don’t understand things—you just aren’t thinking from a linear standpoint. So, look for those moments, whether you’re following a specific protocol or not, when you feel your body shift and dissolve back into neutrality. When you feel your body expand and drop into neutrality whether using your perception or a subtle scalar technology tool, you can say to yourself, “Okay, that’s an area that needs to unwind a little bit.” The more you unwind, the more your body will dissolve and acclimate to that neutral state.

Always Start by Unwinding the Adrenals
Paul did cranio-sacral work for years. What he found is, if you don’t start by unwinding the adrenal glands, it’s very hard to get the sacrum and the cranial systems—or any other system for that matter—to stay open, relaxed and at ease. Unwound adrenals support and shift the body further into neutrality and ready for the next phases: unwinding the sacrum, and the occipital ridge and the vagus nerve. We follow that up with some unwinding around the cranium and the sphenoid. And we often finish by working on the thymus gland to reorganize the entire situation from the adrenals to the thymus gland and fully stabilize the system in to neutrality. That’s our standard Unwinding protocol.
When the adrenals unwind, the body opens up; the cranial rhythm starts to open up; and energy can begin to reorganize around the thymus gland. That’s key, because as we discussed, so many people are fixated in the adrenals as the governing area in their bodies—and that is definitely to their detriment. We want to unwind the adrenals and allow the pineal gland, which is at the top of the spinal cord, to coordinate the entire endocrine system. Remember: we want to clear glandular entrainment to open up the flow of energy along the spine and within the cranial rhythm. For many people, the sympathetic part of the nervous system simply runs the show—in other words, the adrenals and adrenaline have been a predominant factor in how humans have experienced life here on planet Earth in its last age. So reversing that conditioning is essential for wellness. Unwinding the adrenals is really, really important- and it feels pretty amazing! Some people who practice this daily, whether through perception using the Stillpoint Process, or whether using subtle scalar technologies, and they tell us that their stress and body discomforts start to dissolve the minute they start unwinding on the adrenals.
If you are wondering why living in a high stress sympathetic part of the nervous system is disadvantageous...Well, studies show that excessive adrenaline and cortisol shut down the thymus gland, which activates white blood cells, stem cells and the lymphatic system. Therefore, they shut down the immune system. They shut down the neurotransmitters that help to handle pain, the anti-aging process, the capacity to deal with and process emotions and the subtle alchemical experience. They inflame the blood, throw off the pancreas and shut down the body’s ability to regulate the blood sugar level, which can bombard the cells with too much sugar. They overwhelm and shut down the mitochondria, and ATP production in mitochondria (the energy inside the cell). That ATP is what regenerates cells and activates DNA and structural genetic coherence. If someone is constantly in a state of polarity, their constantly producing adrenaline and cortisol, which means that they are living a continual stress reaction to the outside world. In a neutral state, their reality will be completely different and they would be receiving the treasures of an unwound condition affording benefits of calmness, wellness, perception awareness, conscious expression, and ultimately tapped into the energy of the universe and sovereign to the outside world. Achieving this sovereignty and conscious stewardship of one's experience, and deepening sense of being and coming from a calm and loving center without fixation and without unconscious behavior responses, are all common benefits for the fully unwound individual.
As more and more of us are able to respond consciously to the outer world stressors: to emotional situations, work challenges, heart ache, complex relationships, etc... the more we contribute and set by example a healthy and loving environment to live in and for our children to grow up in and learn from. With this journey comes a greater responsibility. And when our ability to respond more effectively to situations activates, well, even bigger situations will come into play presenting new opportunities for growth and prosperity. As a result, we have to become even more vigilant about constantly dissolving, clearing and neutralizing whatever we’re interacting with and coming back into neutrality. This assists us to stay clear about why are we here and what are we doing.
