Everyone take a nice breath in and drop in to the space between the breath… hold here… and allow the breath to keep going on as it does on its own naturally while you rest in the neutral space between the breath. This video explains how resetting one’s attention to neutral helps clear cell memory and polarity and other fixations and toxins. Neutrality is the energy of the universe and is a valuable resource for attuning one’s condition to the cosmos and for helping dissolve all kinds of challenges. This work is about having the ability to drop in and attune to the subtle yogic state of Stillpoint, and then doing so every so often throughout the day to curate one’s attention and to have a stable state for navigating the new season.
